UPS and all other common carriers will soon prohibit the shipment of tobacco to private individuals.

US Congress is working towards making shipping tobacco products through the US Mail a federal felony. HR 2824 is designed to expand the Jenkins Act (which outlaws shipping cigarettes between states) to include smokeless tobacco and possibly all other forms of tobacco also. Please contact your representative ASAP and urge them to vote against HR 2824.
